I am not sure on the time lines you presented, but, to me, it is a non issue about all of that because, at the opening comment of the counsel, this has NOTHING to do with CB, and then in a later statement by CEN BIO, they said that the new by laws were not about the current build out.
That said, there will be a special meeting with CB and either grant permit to do business there, or not. That should be what the concern is at this point. And frankly, I do not see it as a concern, and we should be good to go soon. Now, my only quandary here is if the license comes first or the permit to do business comes first. Chicken or the egg, so to speak. I would think the permit would come first, but, I really do not know. GLTA
