AM I wrong? by-laws did not pass yet! another vote scheduled next meeting. than if passed goes to county. after it is reviewed and if they pass. It would be 20days from that point to appeal. how long does appeal take.

looks like about 4 months total
please there are people here that have a better handle on this. Please review this and correct. I know it is best guess and no info would be taken as fact.
