I understand but how will they measure the space? by the size if the building? Size of the room they package in? Size if the table that the work is done on?

Does packaging include drying or just putting the product in a package. As far as I know all we are doing is growing, drying, packaging, and storing. No processing.

I do like you possible scenario of packing somewhere else if need be.
