Read the definition of value added as set by the town, which I have stated to you before. Their definition includes packaging. You can grow corn there, take it, and put it into cans but the canning company would be limited by the amount of space they could use for that purpose. In that way the town does not have a large scale canning operation in an agricultural zone, and no other large producers either.

If the company had come clean and included in their numerous statements they had all approvals (they did) BUT the size of the area where we will package and ship will not be capable of packaging all that we can potentially grow on that site. My grand daughter was proud she got her drivers license but because she is a new driver she was limited to only driving during certain hours of the day. If she was caught driving after the curfew she would lose her license. So she can say she has her drivers license and brag about it but likely will not say I have a restricted drivers license. She is half right anytime she opened her mouth and bragged about having her drivers license. This is the same thing.
