We all know that of course the mayor, council, and town knew. It was documented in many places but the building permit was just for a pole barn. A pole barn is permitted on agricultural land. Their was not a zoning issue with that. Although we know the town knew, it seems like Cen could have done a better job in the process. Quite frankly they should have been doing more politicking and butt kissing of the city officials. I think CEN's apparent smugness offended them. I think last night was just to show that they could not be pushed around. We are headed for a legal process or at least having to go in front if the city and present their case which is what was said in the beginning of the meeting. Individual applicants will have to come forward at another meeting to present their case.
