But that is where I have a question with approval process... So in Canada you can build a xxxxx thousand square foot building with no approval of what that building is going to be used for until after its built... That makes no sense ...

And the major, council members , public who was invited and at the ground breaking did not know what the building was going to be used for.... I guess they don't read or have the Internet in Lakeshore...
