The Lakeshore council disagrees with you. I agree that CEN should ultimately win in court had it gone in that direction, but that doesn't mean its not an issue.
If it wasn't an issue, then nobody here should be excited for the meeting on the 4th to pass the zoning amendment for hemp and MMJ. After all, its irrelevant, right?
