KBAD, I agree with most of your posts, but the zoning. It is not and has not been an issue. The 11/4 meeting is for future MMJ facilities in Lakeshore. Since we have followed all the protocals prior to this amendment, we are golden. Yes the signing of the by law amendment clears the way for us to proceed without any pushback from the city. If they would have pushed the issue, they would have lost.
