I'm glad we saw a release, but we've known all of

The variable is the pods (which I think was directly tied into the last Global Holdings milestone). Until the company says that they are in transit, or installed, or installed and inspected, they are an issue. The same as zoning, which, turned out to be an issue despite repeated official statements to the contrary.
After all those shouting contests, ole kbad hit the nail on the head in the spring when I said, "its an issue, non-issue". It exists, but will be patched up by the town council who ultimately wants us there. For the record, that post was deleted because it was deemed "bashing". Truth isn't blind faith.
Zoning should be cleared up, for good, on Nov 4. The zoning amendments look extremely favorable to CEN. I'm not sure what more we could ask for. The pods statement isn't actionable though.
I have the feeling that the pods were installed a while back with the last installment of the private money. The town sent the letter to Health Canada, who took it seriously and withheld license. The open house was to clear the air, and the license can and will be issued after the zoning amendments are passed. But this whole last paragraph is pure speculation.
Who knows. I'm tired of guessing. Its a matter of when, not if. If I felt it was too risky, I would have sold in June.
