I don't really get these posts about November 4th. I don't live in Canada, but in my town and I assume many others these meetings are common before issues concerning zoning or bylaws that have a big impact on the town. Also, with all of the back and forth they want their legal ducks in a row. This happens all of the time. I don't see this as a bad thing. They want to go over the final draft with their lawyer before they sign it....
