Middle, a signed document on 11/4 will be a positive for FITX and make moving forward easier, but it is believed that since we have followed all the rules prior to 11/4 (grandfathered) that it will not be a hindrance. HC wanted Lakeshore and other municipalities to address this a long time ago. There will be a resolution of some kind in the 11/4 time frame. the proposed amendment was drafted by the town so it would be assumed that they will execute it. I know you know all this...?
