As reported in the filing, Harris elected to receive 982,143 shares in lieu of board fees totaling $82,500 due him. We know the company has enough cash to operate into 2015, so in my view, this is not an issue of available cash. It's the same as if Harris had received his pay and then purchased the shares.
When an insider buys almost a million additional shares with known milestones in the near future, what does that tell us?
