I hope we up list in December and have big catalysts in mid November as you say. But the LymPro validation test done by ICON will not be completed until around December 1st. I am now beginning to think any "concrete" announcement about our relationship with ICON may not come out until after the validation test is completed.

The MANF orphan designation won't come out until late December or January. And the Eltoprazine trial won't start until Q1 2015.


So I am 50/50 now on whether we up list in mid December of the first week of February.

The other curious thing Gerald keeps bringing up is the diagnostic spin off. He says they are "contemplating it." He keeps saying that, but I would be really surprised if he does it in November, before the validation test is complete. And frankly, I think Gerald is talking about it in the same way he talked about a LymPro partner.....very illusively....keep hope alive....but hard to pin him down on it.

I don't think anyone will be interested in doing any "financial engineering" on AMBS until LymPro is launched and bringing in revenue. Revenue will trickle in Q1 but will pick up steam by summer. Maybe next summer might be a good time for the "spin off."
