If AMBS does uplist in Q4, I'm guessing there will be some major news announced in the 2nd or 3rd week of November to serve as the catalyst for the uplisting.

Doubt they announce big news next week because media and markets will be focused on elections. Also doubt they would drop big news during Thanksgiving week.

IMO, announcing it in mid-November would still give the company and exchange a few weeks to finalize everything.
