suspect SE and Seneca were initially *courted* for the info they could PROvide
to the entity CONnected to the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
the ? since then (2009/2010) is how many other *levels* are now involved

all that *effort* with a co. whose stock (SS) stands @ 114M I/O with a 70M *float* @ the 5+ year mark
things that make me go .. hmmmm
