I think one little, but, very important issue is being forgotten here on all of this zoning speech. FACT: It was Lakeshore who dropped the ball, not FITX. There is no way in hell a town can tell a business to go ahead with a 20 million dollar project, and then when the project is done, say: ' opps, sorry, that is not what I ment'. So, let us get OVER the zoning issues please. GLTA
