The MMPR specifically states that no Municipal approval is needed, however the company must adhere to zoning regulations. HC is not going to get involved in that, its up to the individual Municipalities to handle. And its states that the only one they need contact is the site owner, not HC. There is enough bureaucracy already lets not add to it, shall we?
