Well for one thing its says a rezoning is required. There is a grandfather clause that will exclude CB from that provision BUT when the company does decide to build or make an addition to the current operation it will have to be rezoned. Its all about the tax revenue that the Town can levy on the operation. I read in the November 2013 minutes that one Councilor wanted to know how much they would make off the operation! The answer was we will see once it is operational, so they expected it even then!
