I believe the town council, including the mayor, were and are on the side of CEN Biotech. The new regs will be quite similar to the old regs and will not preclude CEN from doing business. The concept of waiting to see where the new zoning will apply is ridiculous. It's quite clear that they will be zoning mj production as agricultural. Meaning, if you are in an agricultural zone you can produce marijuana under their guidelines. Lakeshore hasn't instituted a "site specific" designation which would require a zoning amendmen for each application. Some people think spewing a lot of words makes them look credible. It's called "baffling with bullshit".
