The by-laws in question are not going to be that big a deal IMHO. The part that I do like is the provision that only a licensed company can obtain a permit. Why wait and do this after an election? Why not do it immediately? Why set the date of passage after the elections and the 31st of October ( 90 days after inspection)? Are they telegraphing the date to us??? Time will tell and as for a PR release from Bill, every time he does that he is ripped for pumping. Then when he "goes dark" for a time everyone loses their minds! Guys people don't put 20 million into a project with the intent to fail. I think we have all seen and read enough to understand that the infrastructure here is sound, the details have to worked through and they take time! I will be watching the news very intently on the October 31st, they love to put stuff out at close of business on a Friday and being Halloween everyone's attention will be elsewhere.
