JP, I don't recall seeing a contract agreement or even a PR mentioning the new relationship with Aimee Boutcher's IR firm, so I wouldn't expect one for MontRidge if the company has hired them for institutional focus. These business relationships typically fall outside of the "material event" requirements for 8-K filings.

I've responded to Ms. Monteith asking for further clarification, especially since Amarantus isn't listed in their list of past and current companies. It is possible that listing doesn't include all companies who have a current business relationship with them.
