We will both know on Tuesday. If what you say is true, if CEN went out of business tomorrow, the town would have to amend their bylaws again to attract another company. I hardly think that would be the case. What the regulations mean is only companies licensed by HC can grow medical mj/hemp but it is also clear others may apply for and be granted permission to build but if they are not approved by HC the town loses nothing, only the applicant. And remember, it is not industry, it is agricultural. A growers only license would have zero impact on the town as no processing would take place. Nice and clean operation.
