I agree 100% and have mentioned that to him on multiple occasions. He is getting things done that will benefit Baron. The problem we have is he operates only on his time line and that affects the PPS of the stock when is slow to execute and deliver. I believe we will see some execution and delivery to close out this year that will give confidence to investors in Baron IMO.
