Phil, I like others, value your input immensely. You are a wealth of knowledge. I, like you have written Matt, spoke to Matt and have had family members deal directly with him. I believe in him, the way Gotham believed in Harvey Dent (just watched the Dark Knight, sorry) But, this is concerning what has been happening with this position. Matt on the website described clearing deals and price erosion. Of course there is price erosion, he doesn't give us much publicly to believe in. Sure we got financials and current status, but is that enough to sustain us as shareholders? He needs to do more to affirm shareholder confidence. This is the same song and dance we have seen over the last 3 years. Most of us have been very patient with Matt and Baron. But there is only one way to beat the manipulators and shorts and that's results and information.

I hope Matt succeeds. Cause I believe in Matt Dwyer too.
