Hmm...wow - I thought I would never say something like this...
But I hope the police departments in Canada are like the ones here in America...Once you give them a revenue stream - it doesn't get taken away.
From the other comments made about the mayor/council it really sounds like the town is 100% in on this. News from today is finally on a true positive note...forget Tanzania - the grow aspect seems really top notch.
