The Colasanti name around here is synonymous with large green house operations, it makes total sense that lead grower would have the last name Colisanti. I spoke with him briefly, and his experience ranges from growing in local family greenhouses to huge massive ones in Europe. I'm sure his entire background is posted somewhere on the Internet.
