it's a little *different* from PTOI's I/O (114M tho' 7M still not cut by TA)
with an AS of 250M

and yep .. clearly if mgmt *dilutes* .. it *impacts* shareholders

sheesh

it's one of the reasons why imo *mgmt* has self funded ops and why
i expect a sequence of material events filed b4 the EOY 2014

and yep i know the sequence i'd file those material events in .. but i'm not mgmt

just a P2O investor comfortable with my own risk tolerance
