do you actually comprehend what is written?

i've never *chastised* mgmt for staying current
i've said the system (SOX) didn't create a level
playing field with it's *one size fits all* price tag
which was financially crippling for start ups that
were pubcos >> ie legit OTCs

it's why i appreciated the CFO showing the cost
of the reduced price tag for the K filed in June (2013s)
which the heavy lifters who frequent the joint for their
masters .. studiously *ignored*

i've also noted that *duh* >> while Qs' aren't audited
they are *reviewed* and there is a price tag associated
with that review ..

so *comprehension* time >> i've posted that i can appreciate
why a legit OTC company would conserve precious resources (cash) and not *file* with the dolts

i'm *invested* in another totally legit OTC co. that doesn't *file*
but they have their financials fully audited and hold annual
shareholder meetings ..
