they imply the blm and adeq were done in feb- which i discussed earlier but redrock also say this on their site:
''..The Chloride Copper Mine’s management and international engineering consultants CDM Smith are completing all federal and state permitting (nearly complete),..."
which i noticed in jfuels ihub post [-at that time on ihub] also-so they have created confusion
whether the nearly complete applies to adeq only or to blm also dont know
the only thing stopping blm was politics but we havent seen proof of any permits finished -proof which would be easy for redrock to provide
