•Mine Plan of Operation (MPO) accepted by The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) on 7/24/12.
•Environmental Assessment (EA) submitted to BLM November 2012; BLM approved project in February 2014.
•Aquifer Protection Permit (APP), transfer and modification submitted to Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) in Phoenix; approval February 2014.
