Does the amount of the R/S, 250/1, tell us anything about the future plans of Marty? In other words, is this a logical amount if his desire is to legitimately reset the clock, so to speak, with an eye toward growing the company? Or is it an indication of something else? Why not 10/1 or 100/1 or 500/1, for example.
