I read that decision against that R/S to protect the shareholders. that was a rare win against the toxic slime that finances and at the same time shorts the companies they finance. made me smile.

but I don't think ewsi shareholders will be that fortunate. some "special" shareholders must have had the ear of finra for that decision to have turned out so well.
