This would also apply to the NASDAQ uplisting application. Having everything in order and making timely responses to questions shortens the uplist process to a couple of weeks. Having the increase in AS already approved is part of their preparation process, which is why it had to be done prior to revenue and prior to the planned uplisting target date. As the story continues to unfold, I think those opposed to the AS increase will better understand why the vote was done at the SHM and not later in a separate vote.
