Compared to the value of Gerald's shares I don't think the bonuses at year end that are tied to milestones would cause him to make inappropriate decisions. The bonus money isn't that large.

If anything, I think Gerald is sending us a veiled clue that he is going to try to get these things done by December...if possible.
