I think if you sat Gerald down and he was candid with you, he would tell you he is disappointed that the stock is trading where it is and that he and others in the company really thought the pps would at a higher level based on all the good news they have produced. And that is why I think they will do a RS regardless of share price just to get off the manipulated OTC.
