I am extremely tired of all the speculation surrounding zoning. Do we really think we know more than Bill and the BOD? Do we really think the investors who have dropped 10-20 Million did so without a thorough investigation. We can speculate all we want, but I tend to have more faith in the people that have millions on the line.
