Wow, the value added issue won't go away. If you have an egg producing ag property you will have a buidling to package your eggs. If you have a tomato farm you will have a designated structure for washing and packaging your tomatoes for distribution. If you have a marijuana farm you will have a designated area to package and label your product. You can't make egg custard out of your eggs, you can't make catchup from your tomatoes and you can't make hash oil out of your marijuana. The original zoning is ag value added. That's ALL IT MEANS.
