There is ZERO dilution. You guys must know that dilution is when the company sells stock directly on the open market. That is NOT HAPPENING here. Baltia isn't a typical stock. There won't be "dilution" until major brokers begin accepting private placements (which won't be for a while, IMO). Small brokers will take them, but few are even interested in selling so the float will remain very small for many, many months IMO.
