So answer this: How does the knowledge of dilution and the structure of other companies protect you, IF YOU DON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT?
And the only thing you can do.....the only thing you have ANY control over.....is to eliminate the effects of dilution on your ownership interest by buying more shares.
Think about it..........because you certainly don't believe that you are going to get a shareholder rebellion and get Igor to retract the newly authorized shares, do you?
