This is a Employment Agreement.
I have or had one, it is to protect both parties, if he does not perform he like anyone is fired, look at "cause" he is a at will employee.
I do believe that he is anxious just like anyone to meet all goals or he is replaced.
I do believe a lot of companies make these disclosures on a friday so the
pps does not have a knee jerk reaction.
Just think except for the one delay, he has not been wrong yet.
Let's see at the EOY, I do believe it will happen.
