The one point I would like to bring out is the uplisting in a presence of strength. I am ok with the compensation package as long as GC doesn't betray the shareholders and just uplists to receive his bonus. If some of the behind the scenes comes into play and the share price moves around .20 and we uplist I am understanding. If the price is at its current level and they force it GC will lose all credibility.
