no kidding - I can read the "advisory" vote verbiage
its still BS - IMHO
wrong - the salary will escalate to $337,500/yr = $28,125/mo.
I do have a problem with the way in which the salary/bonus were orchestarted
I do have a problem with the salary/bonus increase - when we have no revenue booked
I do have a problem with the salary/bonus increases - when it adds to 800-Mil. already diluted shares
