chris: I'm always long. Why would anyone short this stock at a low of .087 cents? Why would anyone short AMBS?
But at the same time....why are the company and Gerald being funded through dilution, while no non-dilutive financing has come in this past year?
I don't want to hear about Gerald's compensation or the company fending off hostile take overs until our shareholder value increases to at least a respectable .13 cents!
I have talked friends into buying AMBS shares. A doctor friend of mine bought 1.1 million shares at .146 cents, just 2 months ago. It is embarrassing to me that we are trading this low. But evidently, I'm more embarrassed about it than management is!!
I would not have brought up the billion AS vote or Gerald's increase in compensation until we got out of this embarrassing hole. I don't have a problem with Gerald's compensation particularly, but it does remind me of the company's disappointing stock price!
