I've got to say I approach this 8k with skepticism in my heart. Is a bonus plan with milestone targets filed in an 8k no more than a financial engineering piece? Not gonna say pump piece. Hold the bashing of me. It is a legit question as I have never seen this done to this magnitude with deadlines by 12-31-14(so quickly) after so much turmoil over past deadlines.

Anybody seen this type move before?
