j, don't know if I'm reading your intent correctly, but it looks like the bonus metric is like mine.
Milestone 1 = 30% of 35%
Milestone 2 = 30% of 35%
..and so on, to max out at 100% of 35% of his salary.
So, 1 milestone met does not equate to the whole bonus amount..
..to my understanding..
