I will have to go back and find it but, John G. in his letter to the SEC warned them of attacking whole companies when only a few individuals were at fault. Reason is that it hurts the investors that have no control over what an individual does. That was just fundamentally wrong. I seriously don't think shareholders, like you or I have to worry about any of this. It is just the clowns trying to invent new tricks to get noticed. If there is illegal activity, yes, they should bust the guilty party, but, not everyone in the room. JMO GLTA
