No, I think those two were/are driven by some other nefarious motivation likely external or misguided self interest. for Cassy, i suspect she had an ego issue and for Seaweed, he had an axe to grind. I think he was disappointed when he couldn't steal the company with his texas buddies and then took out his anger on Peter as some sick and twisted form of revenge. If Peter can turn this company around, buy back the shares before the pps goes to high (ideally still in the sub penny range), it will be a glorious reprise to the incoherent caterwaul from David
