Of course, that assumes that the land deal is purely raw and has no value without development. What if the land deal is for beach property and a few food huts? Also, perhaps the development has been going on already.
The reason I bring this up is that the news paper article said the cruises were to start pretty soon (I think it said Nov or Dec.) If it is raw land and still needs to be developed, the ship is only going to be transporting workers, right? If that is the case, this deal is DOA. Given that Peter has found investors for this, I doubt it is DOA. In fact, given all the other risks in this company, the fact that he found investors at all proves the quality of the investment. The real question is whether the "big investors" are real. I am betting that they are. In which case, we are in the money soon.
