At Walmarts here in Cincinnati Ohio - can buy rum, vodka , whiskey etc. Its low end stuff mostly under $20. I'll snap a picture later tonight when I leave work.
The more I think about it.. the key statement was how quick to purchase.. he said like within 2 weeks.. makes me think its national Costco.
