Walmart in MN would require an additional store with a separate entrance to be able to sell spirits. Similar to Costco here, you have the main store and then there is a separate entrance to buy the booze. National chain outside of Costco and Sam's would probably not affect us here in MN.

Costco would sweet for selfish reasons.
